The Progression Challenge of a Mummy Town

Some things I should say before you start your mummy town:
You need World Adventures with no doubt!
If you do not have Supernatural, the only 2 cheats that you are allowed to used are testingCheatsEnabled on, and buyDebug on, and you are only allowed to use those cheats to buy the sarcophagus. Any other cheat will not be allowed! If you do have Supernatural, you are not allowed to use any cheats and you must mummified sims through the Bottled Mummy Curse elixir.
Also, for this challenge, turned Story Progression off! If you leaved the Story Progression on, this will give your sims unwanted babies, and makes new families for your town which can seriously messed up your mummy town!
At the start:

You start a new game! It could be at any neighborhood including a CAW-made world! However, a CAW-made world needs to have at least 22 families, before you start you make your first mummy!

Mummification Time:
At first you need a mummy town “starter”! My mummy town starter is Avis Orsini of course! The starter must be evil! The starter must be high in the politics career (at least level 6 in the politics career), or have a good/best friend that has is high in politics!

Then, your starter made or help made the mummy law! You must mummify the whole entire town, and must let some of them be……

Good/EvilMummies:
You have 2 sides in the Mummy Town: Good, and Evil Mummies! I shall explain them all!
Good Mummies are here to get rid of the mummy law! They shall fight with evil mummies, and will eventually killed an evil mummy! A good example of a good mummy in my mummy town story is Mortimer Goth!
Evil Mummies are here to protect the mummy law! The mummy town starter is automatically the first evil mummy! The Evil mummies will fight Good Mummies every time they see each other on a community lot, and will be enemies toward each other!
You must have at least 5 evil mummies, and 5 good mummies! The each must have a leader! The leader for your evil mummies will be your starter, while your good mummy you shall choose! In order to join, you have to be friends with the leader! If you are friends with the leader, then you automatically a mummy in that group!
Note: If you have a mummy that is somehow both friends with both leaders, you get to pick whatever they are a good mummy or an evil one!
There is also neutral mummies that is not involve with the conflict between good and evil mummies!

Ending- Before you start your mummy town, you shall roll a dice to see how you should end the mummy town!

If you landed on an odd number, then you shall have the evil mummy ending!
If you landed on an even number, then you shall have the good mummy ending!

Now, once you reached you have mummify half of the families in your town, and have at least 5 good mummies and 5 evil mummies, you shall “start” your “ending”!

The Evil Mummy Ending- The good mummies will all be dead! They will then made the whole entire town mummies!

The Good Mummy Ending- The evil mummies will all be dead! The citizens of your mummy town will no longer have to be mummified (this does not mean that you have to unmummified every single mummy, you could have a semi-mummy town)!

Some stuff in your mummy town (like your scoring, ambitions careers, and much more rules to come with new expansion packs) will be effected by your ending! So, it is important to roll he dice before you start your mummy town!
OPTIONAL:
City Movers
If you don’t want some of your sims to be mummified do the city movers, then move them to any place that no
How to move to into a different city
1. Go to edit town
2. Click on your city moving family
3. Click on save household to bin button
4. Then, click on move household button
5. Then, they should appear in the top-left corner!
6. Then, exit out of edit town mode, and delete the family!
7. Go to a different game WITH A DIFFERENT NEIGHBORHOOD IN THAT GAME!
8. Add the household to the new neighborhood there!
So, now you can have City Movers now! However, you can have up to 4 city movers!

Rules that don't apply to other EPs-

If you have a baby, a toddler, or a child in the mummy town, age'd them up as quickly as you can (I mean the moment that they are able to aged up, aged them up right then)!

You should not invite over foreign visitors.

The only vacation neighborhood you can go to is Egypt just because mummies feel right at home there. You can however not go to China or France.

Any mummies can not swim in the ocean as they feel uncomfortable in the ocean water.

Your mummies can join these careers:
Education
Architectural Designer
Any Self-Employed Career
Medical
An evil mummy cannot join the ghosthunter (they like other creatures as well, and they do not wanna get rid of them) nor the private investigator career! Also, if you are planning on having the evil ending, all mummies cannot join the Stylist Career (you can’t makeover mummies)! Also, NONE of your mummies can join The Firefighter Career no matter if you have the good mummy or the evil mummy ending (You do not want your mummies to be burned by accident!)

When you go and add you lots for the mummy town, do not add the firefighter station! Also, if you have the evil ending, you do not add the stylist station!

You also cannot have SimBots in your town.

And you can not time traveled to the past. However, you can time traveled into the future just make sure nobody is around you (unless they have a close relationship with your sim.

Late Night Rules:

None of your sims can be vampires! If you play a town that has already have vampires, go to the science lab, and cure them!

Generations Rules:

Turn the Memory System off! There's an annoying memory saying "Saw a Mummy" which I guarantee you will not like seeing 24/7!

Do not have any one play with the Imaginary Friends doll!

Your mummies are not allowed to join the Daycare profession.

Pets

Your sims are allowed to have pets since the mummy town only applies to humans not animals.

Showtime

Turned social features off. There is a rule in your mummy town saying No Visitors meaning your "friends" can't visit your mummy town game.

No genies allowed if you are having the evil ending.

Supernatural

No fairy sims, witches sims, zombie sims, or werewolf sims

Please choose a lunar phrase to take over your whole town. You can choose any except for a Full Moon.

Seasons

If a human male sim gets abducted by aliens, then you must exit out of the game and not save. You should get in the habit of saving constantly by the way just because of this rule.

University Life-

Your mummified sims can not go to college as they aren't allowed to leave their hometown to go to college.

If somehow broke the rule above (Which I wouldn't imagine why you didn't) or you got a non-mummified sim to go to college, then you can not invite over sims you met on campus.

No PlantSims

Island Paradise-

No mermaids in this town.

And the mummies can do any activities that involved the ocean that were included in this EP.

Into the Future-

Your sims can into the future as long as these rules implied-

a. You must return to the present. If your sim dies before you get the chance to do so, then 2 points will be knocked off your score
b. Nobody is on the lot when you time-travled (unless for Emit Relevart). If you broke this part, then the news will spread around town about you going into the future, and the evil mummies shall kill you because of it even if you are an evil mummy yourself.
c. You can't bring anybody to the present. This includes Plumbobs which as you guess are not allowed.

The reason why I allowed sims to go into the future is because even though you can't anywhere except for egypt, people wouldn't exactly know that you went to the future if you come back around the same time (which is probably the case for Into the Future). 

Scoring:

The scoring will be based on your mummy town ending! There good mummy scoring (for the simmers with the good mummy town ending), evil mummy scoring (for the simmers with evil mummy town ending), and Misc. Scoring (for both endings) I shall start with the Good Mummy Ending Scoring:

Good Mummy Ending Scoring:

+2 for every fight that a good mummy wins with an evil mummy

+4 for every evil mummy that dies

+3 if a good mummy maxes martial arts skill

+5 if a good mummy maxes athletic skill

+15 points if a good mummy dies, and then resurrected by the ghost opportunity, or ambrosia!

-2 for every fight that an evil mummy wins with a good mummy

-15 points if an evil mummy dies, and then resurrected by the ghost opportunity, or ambrosia!

-3 if an evil mummy maxes martial arts skill

-4 if an evil mummy maxes athletic skill

-4 if an evil mummy becomes the emperor of evil

Evil Mummy Scoring:

+2 for every fight that an evil mummy wins with a good mummy

+4 for every good mummy that dies

+3 if an evil mummy maxes martial arts skill

+5 if an evil mummy maxes athletic skill

+15 points if a evil mummy dies, and then resurrected by the ghost opportunity, or ambrosia!

+4 if an evil mummy becomes the emperor of evil

-2 for every fight that a good mummy wins with an evil mummy

-3 if a good mummy maxes martial arts skill

-5 if a good mummy maxes athletic skill

-15 points if a good mummy dies, and then resurrected by the ghost opportunity, or ambrosia!

Misc. Scoring
+1 for every mummy that has been made

+1 for every mummy that eats a mummy snack

+10 for every mummy that maxes his or her visa level in Egypt!

+1 if a mummy finds a mummy fish

+4 if a mummy buys a vacation home in Egypt

+60 for completing the challenge

-10 points if you turn a mummy back into a human before you start your ending

-3 points for every accidental fire (mummies do not like them)

-30 if you do the wrong ending that you are supposed to do!

-2 points if your sim time-travels to the future and dies before they can go to present
